Making Space For Reinvention

Building a business is serious work and should not be undertaken lightly. More importantly, in order to build a business that might endure, the entrepreneur needs to build a company culture that is focused on generating value over the long-term; even if it means transforming the very nature of the business itself. This was reinforced for me most recently when working with a group of people dedicated to talent management at a global professional services firm.
